We are happy to announce that we have a local San Diegan to add to the CSR team! Gabrielle Martorana was born and raised in San Diego California, and graduated from San Diego State University in 2014.

“I graduated from SDSU with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Hotels and a minor in Marketing. After graduation I moved up to San Francisco for a management-training program. While I was there I learned about all the movements and initiatives for sustainability in that city, and I loved it!
The Center for Surf Research is the perfect combination of everything I am passionate about: travel, culture, sustainable surf, and San Diego. I am so excited to have this amazing opportunity!”
